Today I have a book review/suggestion for you. This book was written by my dear friend Matthew Raymond Spinks. I have recently re-read it, and it has been an entirely super fresh experience! 

Matt and his wife Katie have some incredible experiences with God. They both have such amazing stories of how the joy of Jesus wrecked their lives and made them truly incoherent to the things of the world! I have seen this joy infused fruit first-hand on many occasions.

I have been around Matt and Katie at several different times in my life. I lived with them for a short period of time when I moved to Indiana back in 2017 and had to deal with some unexpected challenges. They welcomed me with open arms and were so gracious to me it was very overwhelming. I have also visited their community on numerous occasions, and they have always been caught living out the message that they preach! Pure bliss and the joy of Jesus! 

Matt dives deep into the realms of heaven in this book. There was a tangible impartation I experienced as I was reading it. His joy is extremely contagious! The love that they have for humanity is so intoxicating, and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every moment of this book.

There is a bonus section at the end, which is a collection of mystical poems written by some of their friends, including one that I wrote in 2016. 

I would encourage you to check them out, especially if you are interested in glory community or just having deeper encounters with the Presence of God.
